League of Women Voters forum will feature Pera, Lipinski

Democrat Mark Pera will appear with Congressman Dan Lipinski at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 13 at Lyons Township High School, 100 S. Brainard, La Grange, for a forum hosted by the League of Women Voters.

The event, which is sponsored by the La Grange Area, Palos/Orland and Chicago League of Women Voters organization, is open to the public.

Sunday marks the first time in our campaign for Congress that Mark and Lipinski will appear together at the same event. Lipinski skipped a Dec. 5 endorsement interview session with The Chicago Tribune.

Please come out this weekend and support Mark as you already have throughout the campaign. If you're interested in volunteering, we will be canvassing on Saturday and on Sunday before the event. Lyons Township High School is located just down the street from our headquarters on Willow Springs Road in Countryside.
